Is pricing based on units or voters?
Pricing is based on the corporation's total unit count, not attendance, ballots cast, or proxies submitted.
What is included in self-managed pricing?
Self-managed pricing includes the voting workflow, proxy collection tools, quorum tracking, live voting controls, and meeting reports. Your team runs the process.
What is included in fully managed pricing?
Fully managed packages include hands-on support for setup, proxy or voting configuration, meeting preparation, and live meeting support depending on the selected package.
Can paper proxies be included?
Yes. Paper proxies can be entered into the system so they are tracked together with digital submissions.
Are there subscriptions?
No. Voting is priced per meeting. There is no monthly subscription required.
Are taxes included?
No. Applicable taxes are added to the invoice.
What if the corporation has 300+ units?
Corporations with 300 or more units should contact us for pricing. Larger meetings may require more setup, support, proxy handling, or live meeting coordination.
What if we only need proxy setup, not live voting?
Choose the proxy setup package. It is intended for corporations that want proxy collection and quorum support without running live votes through the platform.
